Q&A and troubleshooting

1. Tablet does not return on

Please charge the tablet for at least 30mins if the tablet cannot be turned on

out of the box.

2. Tablet cannot be charged and charging indicator is not showing.

N20 does not support USB PD2.0/3.0 and other fast charge standards. Please use PD1.0 5V/2A adapters and corresponding cables (Standard type-A to type-C one which comes with the tablet) to charge the tablet.

3. MicroSD card does not show up

If MicroSD card is undetected, please format the card with fat32 format manually.
